• All submissions must be made via the Oxford Abstracts online submission system. Please register with Oxford Abstracts to submit your abstract (see link above).
• Complete all required fields in the submission form and click “Submit” to finalize your submission.
• After submitting, you may log in again to edit your submission until the final deadline.
• Please note that incomplete abstracts will not be reviewed.
• Abstracts must be written in English and the body text is limited to 250 words. Please proofread your submission carefully.
• The title should be written in capital letters.
• References are not required. If included, they must be included in the word limit.
• List all authors’ names and provide affiliations including institution, city, and country. Indicate the presenting author(s) using the tick box.
• Acceptance information will be sent to the submitter only. Additional correspondence may also be sent to the presenting author (if different from the submitter); their email address will be requested on the submission form. If you need to change the presenting author, please notify events@certia.fi.
• Abstracts will be published in the online programme on the virtual conference platform, accessible to registered congress participants only.

Guidelines for accepted presentations will be published in the spring 2026.
